Sound familiar regarding an investigation you need conducted at your worksite?  If so, consider that Mosaic Human Resources can conduct an unbiased and defensible investigation tailored for your organization.

Allegations of wrongdoing and employee complaints have the potential to seriously damage a company’s efficiency, morale, and reputation.  They also demand prompt attention, due diligence, and, many times expert and impartial investigations into discrimination, harassment, and other types of misconduct.

These investigations require a level of complexity and time-consuming detail that most senior managers and human resources departments do not have.  Additionally, they can be sensitive and difficult to perform, and while in-house professionals may be highly skilled at investigations, Mosaic Human Resources can offer an outsider’s perspective, professionalism, and credibility, and enhance the perception of objectivity.

Mosaic Human Resources understands, and works to mitigate, the urgency, sensitive nature, potential organizational disruption, and legal implications that inevitably accompany investigations.

Over the past 20 years, we have conducted countless investigations into allegations of employee and managerial misconduct including:

  • failure to perform assigned responsibilities
  • policy violation
  • bullying
  • threats of violence or physical assault against another employee
  • harassment
  • intimidation
  • intentional misuse
  • abuse of or damage to company property
  • theft or misuse of company funds, property or services,
  • subpar customer service
  • gross employee misconduct
  • insubordination
  • breach of confidentiality

We will provide you with a final report which will enable you to move forward and make decisions with confidence.  This report will include a final comprehensive, fact-based information and analysis, conclusions, recommendations that may or may not lead to disciplinary action, any indications of malicious or unfounded complaint, and any incidental, yet important, information uncovered.

We participate in privileged investigations working with your legal counsel (we recommend an experienced employment attorney), outside or in-house, to decrease the likelihood of litigation, as all employment decisions you make have the potential to expose you to liability.

Because of the confidential nature of Mosaic Human Resources’ work, we do not advertise our clients or references.  However, if you are interested in our services, business and/or attorney references can be provided upon request.
